Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is absolutely number ONE.
You can return eligible items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To process a return or exchange, contact our customer care department at customerservice@advantus.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS
Items non-eligible for return or exchange: - Custom printed products - Gift Cards - Final sale items - Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment, please allow up to 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take some time for a credit to post. If it has been more than 10 days since your return was received and you have not received a credit, please contact customer service.
GIFTS
Eligible items received as a gift may be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery.
If you prefer, the gift giver may submit the return, in accordance with refund policies, for a credit to the original form of payment.
SHIPPING
When processing a return or exchange you will have the option to print a prepaid shipping label or arrange and pay for your own return shipping. You will not be charged for return shipping when exchanging a product. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If using our prepaid shipping label for a return, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
